Who is responsible for laundering the items?
We will launder the items when returned. Damage to the Chair Covers will result in a charge for the full replacement cost of the Cover. Please see our terms and conditions.

How do I secure the booking?
The initial payment to secure the booking is 25% of the full order balance

When will I have to make the final payment?
A final invoice will be sent to you 8 weeks prior to the event and full payment will be required four weeks before the event. This includes 75% of the balance as well as the 10% refundable deposit to cover for losses and/or damages. Please see our Terms and Conditions for our cancellation policy.

How do I Pay ?
Payment can be made by personal cheque, paypal, or cash.

What colour are the Chair Cover and sash Colours?
Chair Cover Colours are White and Ivory. A wide range of Organza/Silk Sash Colours are available. Please ask for details.
